BIKINI TIME

I went to the gym yesterday....did my 40 minute workout on the treadmill:

  • walk 5 minutes at speed 6 kph
  • run 1 minute at 8.5 kph
  • walk 2 minutes at 6 kph
  • run 1 minute at 9 kph
  • proceed at the same rate, alternating between running and walking for 30 minutes






SO fun!
However I still haven't seen any results....
KEEP TRYING!!!

We have until June :)
