- walk 5 minutes at speed 6 kph
- run 1 minute at 8.5 kph
- walk 2 minutes at 6 kph
- run 1 minute at 9 kph
- proceed at the same rate, alternating between running and walking for 30 minutes
SO fun!
However I still haven't seen any results....
